Works with your database

Everything you need to keep
your data in sync

From real-time webhooks to scheduled batch jobs, Conduit handles all the plumbing so you can focus on your data.

Real-time webhooks

Every change on your Monday board is reflected in your database within seconds — powered by Monday's native webhook infrastructure.

Scheduled syncs

Run full syncs on a cron schedule — every 15 minutes, hourly, daily, or any custom interval. Pick a preset or write your own expression.

🗺️

Visual column mapper

Map any Monday column to any database column with a point-and-click UI. Auto-detects existing table schemas and suggests column matches.

🔄

Value transformations

Remap status labels, format dates as ISO 8601 or Unix timestamps, and extract people columns as names, IDs, or emails — without any code.

🗑️

Deletion sync

When items are deleted from Monday, Conduit removes the corresponding rows from your database automatically during the next sync cycle.

🔒

Secure by default

Database credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256. All connections support SSL. OAuth 2.0 handles Monday authentication.

📊

Sync logs & history

Every sync run is logged with row counts, timing, and error details. Pause, resume, or trigger a manual sync at any time from the board view.

👶

Subitems support

Sync subitems boards into their own table, with parent item IDs preserved so you can join back to the parent row in your queries.

Up and running in three steps

No code, no servers to manage. Just connect, map, and sync.

1

Connect your database

Enter your host, credentials, and SSL settings. Conduit tests the connection and securely encrypts your credentials before saving.

2

Map your columns

Select a Monday board, choose a target table, and map columns. Conduit auto-creates the table if it doesn't exist yet.

3

Choose a sync mode

Pick real-time, scheduled, or manual-only syncing. An initial full sync runs immediately, then Conduit takes care of the rest.

Frequently asked questions

Which databases does Conduit support?
Conduit currently supports PostgreSQL (including Supabase), MySQL / MariaDB (including PlanetScale), and MongoDB. More connectors are in development — contact us if yours isn't listed.
Does my database need to be publicly accessible?
Yes — Conduit connects directly to your database from our servers, so it needs to be reachable over the internet. We recommend creating a dedicated read/write user with access only to the tables Conduit needs, and enabling SSL for the connection.
How are my database credentials stored?
Credentials are encrypted with AES-256 before being stored and are never exposed in logs or API responses. Only the sync engine — running in an isolated process — ever decrypts them at connection time.
What happens when an item is deleted in Monday?
For real-time syncs, a webhook fires immediately and the corresponding row is deleted from your database within seconds. For scheduled and manual syncs, Conduit performs a set-difference check at the end of each full sync and removes any rows whose Monday item no longer exists.
Can I sync subitems to a separate table?
Yes. Select a subitems board in the wizard and Conduit will map it just like a regular board, adding a parent_item_id column automatically so you can join back to the parent table in your queries.
What counts as a "realtime event"?
Each webhook delivered by Monday — a column value change, item creation, name edit, or item deletion — counts as one realtime event against your daily quota. The counter resets at midnight UTC. On the Starter plan you get 1,000 events per day; Pro gives you 10,000; Enterprise is unlimited.
Is bidirectional sync (database → Monday) available?
Bidirectional sync is on our roadmap and currently in early access. If you need it, reach out — we'd love to work with you on it.
